This Male elephant plunges his trunk right into the water and starts bathing him in a cooling coat water and mud. He sucks water up with his trunk to spray it on himself and to also grab a drink to quench his thirst. This sculpture has great detail and captures this amazing animal in its natural environment. This bronze sculpture was cast using the “Lost Wax Method” and has a brown patina.
